Case files are retained for the period required by Dutch law for the practice of advocaten.

Aequum Counsel does not sell personal data. Disclosure to third parties takes place only where required by law or where reasonably necessary for the performance of a client instruction. All engaged contractors operate under confidentiality agreements.
